About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a place on the January Reset, an 8-week online coaching challenge. Please read them before you secure your space. You must be 18 or over to join.
The challenge
- The January Reset starts on Monday 4 January 2027 and runs for 8 weeks.
- It includes a custom meal plan with your calorie and macro targets, a training plan (3, 4 or 5 sessions a week, home or gym), a private group chat, weekly knowledge videos, check-ins in the app and 8 weeks of group coaching with Lily.
- Your invite link and access to the app will be sent to you before the start date.
- Your place is personal to you and cannot be shared or passed to someone else.
Price and payment
- The Black Friday price is £99 until 23:59 (UK time) on 30 November 2026. After that, the price is £199.
- Checkout and payment are handled securely by BeeFit, with card payments processed by Stripe.
- Spaces are limited and are confirmed in the order payments are received.
Changing your place
Payment is taken immediately and your place is confirmed straight away. If you need to change for any reason, you can move onto a later challenge. Just email fitbylilyy@gmail.com or DM @lilyjanderson.
If we cancel or change the challenge
If we have to cancel the challenge, or make a big change to it (for example the start date), we will tell you as soon as possible. You can then choose to move onto a later challenge or have your money back in full.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Your health
- The January Reset is general fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional.
- Please speak to your GP before starting any new nutrition or exercise plan, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have a medical condition, an injury, or a history of disordered eating. Please tell us about anything relevant before you join.
- Train within your own limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
- Results vary from person to person and depend on things like your starting point, consistency, sleep and health. Client results shown on this website are real but are not a guarantee of your results.
Using the content
Your meal plans, training plans, videos and other materials are for your own personal use. Please do not copy, share or resell them.
The group chat
Please be kind and respectful to everyone in the group, and don’t share other members’ photos or information outside it. We may remove anyone from the group chat who is abusive or breaks these rules, after a warning where appropriate. You will still keep your plans and coaching.
Changes to the challenge
We may make small changes, for example to a coaching time or the format of a video, as long as they are reasonable and don’t reduce what you get. We will always tell you in advance. If a change is significant and you are not happy with it, you can choose to move onto a later challenge or have your money back in full.
Our responsibility to you
We will provide the challenge with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
Which law applies
